Tbilisi
This tour includes several hikes on unpaved paths and leads to heights of up to 3000. The weather in the mountains is changeable and difficult to predict. Sturdy, ankle-high shoes with a profile, comfortable trekking pants and a windproof rain jacket are required.
Gudauri ski resort is the largest and most modern ski resort in Georgia, with a well-developed infrastructure that includes the highest level of access in Georgia, with limitless opportunities for freestyle and skiing in an open environment. In winter, as the snow arrives, Gudauri becomes a spectacular destination with breathtaking ski runs, glistening suns and spectacular views make for the perfect vacation spot. , there are 14 ski-lifts in total and most of them are built by the well-known Austrian company Dopelmaier. The lower ski-lift is located at an altitude of 1993 meters and higher one is located at an altitude of 3276 meters.
Gudauri ski slopes are for all levels of skiers. The riding tracks are mainly of 4 different types: beginner, intermediate, experienced and professional.
Meet at 8 am and transfer to Gudauri Ski Resort. In Gudauri we will leave our stuff in the hotel and we will go on a ski tour to Mount Bidara.
After breakfast, we will drive to Village Mleta. The drive will take about 30 min. From Village, we will continue by Skies. There at the ridge is a small monastery where we will meet local monks. After some rest in the monastery, we will ski down from the same side to the village of Mleta.
After breakfast, we will drive to Village Arakhveti. The drive will take about 40 min. From the village, we will Start Ski touring will ski down from the same side to village Mleta.
We will meet in the morning and after breakfast will drive to Cross Pass. The journey time is about 30 minutes by car. From here we continue our Skitouring. It will take about 4 hours to reach the Ridge of Dedaena about 3300 Meters. From the Ridge, we can Ski down to the Jvari Pass side.
In the morning we will meet at the hotel and drive to Narovani gorge via Jvari Pass. Driving time is about 1 hour. We will start Skitouring from about 1800 meters. The height of Narovan mountain is 3200 meters.
After Skitouring we will take the rest of our bags to a hotel in Gudauri and continue way till Tbilisi.
